At Ginette Moorea, we selected earth-friendly personal care and household products for our guests’ well-being. Our proposed list of activities is centered around the preservation and passing down of traditional Polynesian crafts. Such projects are a way to involve the local communities and make this journey a more conscious and responsible one.

In our eco-conscious approach, Ginette Mo’orea offers a healthy and delicious cuisine, mainly vegetarian, with the exception of fish for which we favor ethical and local fishing. Thanks to our local producers, we offer hand-picked, divine fruits and vegetables, always in season.
In order to reduce our waste, we favor fresh ingredients, with as little, to no packaging as possible. Please note that our tap water is filtered, hence we do not provide water in plastic bottles.

À la carte workshops for weaving baskets and hats with natural fibers, Polynesian dance lessons, discovery ateliers around the making of Tifaifai (Polynesian quilt), cooking classes around local ingredients such as uru, vanilla and many more...A SELECTION OF PRODUCTS PROMOTING LOCAL SAVOIR-FAIRE AND PRESERVING OUR ENVIRONMENT.

From his past life in beauty, Christophe decided to select the best products Polynesia has to offer, as much for his guests as for the planet. A way of introducing talents and local savoir-faire. Eco-friendly soaps made with local monoï oils, sun protection sticks by TO’A, a local brand, actively engaged for the protection of coral reefs which are harshly impacted by sunscreens.
No need to burden yourself traveling with your shampoo bottles; a selection of products will be at your disposal. The same goes for the cleaning products used by our team in the guesthouse. Each year, Ginette gets involved with local organizations to create meaningful partnerships and contribute to the well-being of the community.
This year, Ginette has dedicated its efforts to supporting the "Jeunesse en Action" organization, aiding families in Tahiti and Moorea. Our involvement includes providing essential food, hygiene, and baby supplies to those facing hardships, as well as a truck to transport the donations to remote locations in the mountains, demonstrating a commitment to uplifting and strengthening the local communities we serve.

« La Boutique Ginette », is a curation of handcrafted pieces found journeying along the Polynesian islands, a place where you can get the finest monoï oils, collaborations with local brands, as well as very limited-edition creations by Ginette.
We seek to introduce our community to the different skills we come across, rare objects unearthed in the four corners of the islands, and a collection of accessories made by the local senior’s community.
